Patent Aluminum Sychro-Tilt Mechanism

Our Self developed sychro-tilt mechanism is a new innovative double spring wire control mechanism which got national patent in 2010.

Made with polished aluminum frame,this detailing of the aluminum which is abrasion resistant and rustproff at the surface is constantly delivering a concept of high quality and strength.

Hookay’s engineers has overcame plenty of difficulties, after their great efforts of refinement and modification,the constructure of the mechanism is better in line with the ergonomic concept, and it is easy for user to operate.

Due to its excellent design and structure, the back recline could adjust 4 levels with the biggest tilting anger 135 degree. Back reclines at a 3-to-1 ration to seat angle. Allows user to recline while keeping seat cushion relatively level to floor while the user enjoys a relaxed position.

Our synchro-tilt aluminum mechanism is precisely assembled in 18 steps which consisted of nearly 100 components. Each steps is precisely and accurately processed by hands to make sure the mechanism is durably and functional for many years using.
